INGREDIENTS (6 PEOPLE)
- 50g butter
- 10 ml oil and butter
- Salt
- Lukewarm water
- 250g flour
- 250g fine semolina

STEP 1 :
In a bowl, mix semolina, flour and salt then add warm water gradually, let stand at least 10 minutes.
STEP 2 :
Form dough balls (size of a small peach), brush with a mixture of melted oil / butter. Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet.
STEP 3:
Spread each ball very finely with the fingertips brushing generously with the mixture of oil and melted butter, sprinkle some fine semolina, then fold the sides toward the center to get a square (see photo).
STEP 4:
Spread again slightly each square laminated then cook on an oiled pan 3 minutes per side.
