Baghrir With Irresistible Taste of Honey






Ingrédients  (8 PEOPLE)

  • GLASS 1/2  of semolina (semolina ultra fine)
  • The capacity of the glass used to assay the flour and the semolina is 20cl
  • GLASS 1/2  flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5G fresh yeast 
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3/4 liter of warm water

Phases techniques


STEP 1 :

2ND STEP :

Let rise pancake batter. It is ready when the surface begins to bubble.

STEP 3:

Heat a non-stick pan. Stir the batter and pour a ladle into the hot pan. Is allowed to simmer ... holes must be formed on the surface of the pancake. When it is cooked, remove the pancake on a plate, smooth face down.
